I live my own little happily ever after with my husband, John, and our five children. I grew up in the foothills of the Cascades and now live in a mountainous desert valley. I spend most of my days homeschooling and parenting my kids. When I'm not writing, homeschooling, or researching one of those two things, I'm typically playing video games, browsing social media, or reading a ridiculous quantity of books. Oh, and doing laundry, but that’s not as fun.

All throughout college, my career plan was to write books while my (future) kids were at school – and now I homeschool! But the desire to write and create stories floated in my mind until I turned it into a reality. I have a BA in English from Brigham Young University-Idaho. I also enjoy a variety of activities such as singing, cooking, baking, playing with Photoshop, sewing, knitting, or using hot glue like duct tape.
